Replace all Clover calls with mocks and inject synthetic webhook traffic — for sales demos without touching real merchant data.

No merchant configured — seed the database first.

Enable demo mode

Off — the app uses the real Clover sandbox client.

This will mock all Clover calls and inject synthetic events. Not usable if the base URL contains “production”.

Scenarios

Enable demo mode to seed and run scenarios.

One scenario runs at a time — starting a new one cancels any pending events.
